With training in traditional psychiatry, psychoanalysis, and primary care medicine, Dr. Matsuki takes an integrative approach to understand the full context of each patient\u2019s concerns and develops a comprehensive, multi-system treatment plan to address them.<\/p>\n<p>We conducts the initial assessment over one to two sessions, each lasting approximately 60 minutes. This comprehensive evaluation includes an in-depth discussion of your current symptoms, present stressors, mental health history, medical history, and life experiences. When appropriate, diagnostic testing may be recommended to determine whether underlying medical conditions could be contributing to psychiatric symptoms, and to identify potential nutritional deficiencies that may be addressed through supplements and lifestyle modifications.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-30px\">After the evaluation is completed, we will review a personalized treatment plan with you. This may include recommendations regarding treatment frequency and therapeutic approaches such as medication management, psychotherapy, lifestyle changes, exercise, dietary modifications, nutritional supplements, and treatment of any underlying medical conditions.
