Fees & Insurance

Rates

Please contact Dr. Matsuki for an initial consultation regarding current fee schedules. Your out-of-pocket costs may vary depending on your insurance benefits, the portion of your deductible that has been met, and your applicable co-pay or co-insurance amounts.

Billing

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment is due at the time of your consultation or treatment session.

Insurance

Dr. Matsuki is currently not in-network with any insurance plans. If your insurance policy includes out-of-network benefits, we can submit claims to your insurance provider on your behalf for potential reimbursement. If you have active insurance coverage, we can also help estimate your financial responsibility based on the details of your specific plan. Please feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to assist you. When applicable, we can also contact your insurance company in advance to obtain prior authorization.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least two business days (48 hours) notice. For example, appointments scheduled for Monday must be cancelled no later than the preceding Friday. If an appointment is missed without notice, or cancelled with less than 48 business hours’ notice, the full appointment fee will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.
